how is it possible?

i have worked out the past 6 weeks, for five days a week, 90 minute work out and have only lost three pounds? 1200 calorie a day diet as well? are you kidding me?

I came across this blog and this made me laugh because the same thing happened to me! Pissed me off so much that I just ended up stopping my diet at the time and went crazy eating. A couple months later and a few pounds fatter, I ended up joining weight watchers online (incognito because that shit is embarrassing to admit) and I actually lost about 15lbs. I hardly exercised while on it – just parked my car further at work to walk more. I followed their point system and lost about 2lbs a week. I have been off for about a month now and still am continuing to lose weight, but I now have a better sense of what to eat and my appetite is definitely smaller. I don’t know how the weight watchers point system seemed to work and just restricting my calories didn’t, but it somehow did.

If you are working out a lot they say muscle weighs more than fat, so maybe you are gaining muscle.

Anyway, good luck. Losing weight is a real bitch.
